As a Project Manager, my primary responsibility includes the execution of donor-funded projects, with a particular emphasis on evaluations in areas such as climate change, environment, agriculture, and gender. My duties extend to developing comprehensive project-related reportsa and presentations. This involves conducting detailed desk reviews of projects areas, formulating evaluation designs, and developing effective sampling and data collection tools. I demonstrate exceptional skill in coordinating with project teams, consultants, and clients, ensuring efficient communication and project implementation. Beyond coordination, I am actively involved in data analysis, playing a crucial role in the development of in-depth evaluation reports.

To support the Council of Europe in implementing the work of the Group of Experts on Action against Violence against Women and Domestic Violence (GREVIO), as well as the implementation of its Gender Equality Strategy (2024-2029), I have been selected through a competitive bidding process for a framework agreement as a Project Coordinator. Alongside two law enforcement experts, our role is to provide a gender perspective in the work of law enforcement and the investigation/prosecution of cases of violence against women.
As the Project Coordinator, my responsibilities involve informing relevant parties of any events or circumstances that could significantly affect or delay contract performance. Additionally, I am tasked with facilitating communication between providers and stakeholders, monitoring the timely and proper delivery of deliverables, and verifying the completeness and correctness of documents before submission.

I specialize in identifying open tenders that align with our core team\\\'s expertise. I am responsible for bidding on projects by meticulously developing proposals tailored to meet client requirements. This involves a thorough understanding of both the tender process and the specific needs of each client, ensuring that our proposals are both competitive and compliant with all stipulated guidelines. Additionally, I undertake necessary research to enhance our proposal development process, bridging the gap between our team\\\'s capabilities and the client\\\'s expectations, leading to successful project acquisitions.

I contributed to the \\\\\\\"Climate Change Assessment on Health & WASH\\\\\\\" project, funded by GIZ and implemented by Lasoona. This project aimed to assess the impacts of climate change on health, water sanitation, and menstrual hygiene management in rural areas of Lower Dir and Swat districts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Rahim Yar Khan and Rajanpur districts in Punjav. It involved conducting field assessments in targeted districts to identify vulnerabilities and develop localized adaptation strategies, thereby enhancing community resilience against climate change.
Working alongside the WASH expert, I played a key role in data collection and analysis in Swat, Lower Dir, Rajanpur, and Rahim Yar Khan districts. I was responsible for developing comprehensive reports based on these findings, developing district-specific adaptation plans, and creating educational materials for IEC campaigns on WASH. This included producing flyers, posters, flashcards, and developing training materials for multiplier training programs, significantly contributing to the project\\\\\\\'s success in raising awareness and preparedness in the face of climate change challenges.

I played a critical role in supporting data collection efforts for this project. Specifically, my responsibilities included conducting interviews with key informants in the government sector, civil society organizations (CSOs), and development partners based in Pakistan.
During the data collection, I recorded responses and notes, and synthesized findings to help inform the overall research effort. Additionally, I assisted in the organization and analysis of data, which involved coding and categorizing data and identifying themes and patterns.

I planned and monitored the activities of the project, ensuring delivery of quality outputs. Additionally, I assisted in developing training materials, coordinated the enumeration and data set submission process, maintained a record of daily project activities, monitored enumerators through live video calls and field visits, as well as liaised with the District Head of Operations and Area Coordinators to ensure effective communication.

I managed incoming calls, chats, and emails from clients. Additionally, I advised clients on travel arrangements, e.g., visas and passports, and kept them up to date with any changes. I generated sales inquiries and dealt with occurring travel problems, complaints, or refunds. I also kept and maintained records of customers for future follow-ups.

I assisted customers with financial transactions, developed communication skills, and handled administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy. I also promoted new services and products, resulting in increased awareness and business growth.
